Project employee (m/f/d) for the digitization of business processes

Hartberg (full-time employment)

Your tasks

Your main task will be to support project management in the planning, control, and implementation of exciting digitization projects—both internally and for our customers.
You will organize and accompany customer appointments and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
As a central interface, you will connect customers, internal teams, and external partners.
You will be the point of contact for our customers and build trusting relationships.
You will conduct training courses on the basic functions of our software and on customer-specific solutions.
You will create and maintain informative product documentation.
You will test new features of our software and help to continuously improve them.
You respond to service requests competently and in a solution-oriented manner.

Your qualifications

Completed higher education (at least high school diploma).
Relevant experience in project work, ideally in the field of software implementation or digitization projects.
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
Practical experience with common project and process management tools.
Enthusiasm for digitization topics and innovative technologies.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position, based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week, is from € 2,547 gross per month. We are explicitly prepared to pay more, and the actual salary will be determined according to your qualifications and professional experience.
