The SaaS (Software as a Service) area includes the maintenance and operation of VITAVO’s applications such as Miss Maggie or Joystick. The necessary infrastructure like servers and data center services are provided by Citycom with IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) – including 24x7h monitoring and maintenance. Last but not least, SysUp takes over the PaaS (Platform as a Service) area and, as the interface between the software and hardware levels, ensures the installation, maintenance and flawless operation of the systems used.
